The title of the newest show at the Madison & Main Gallery is “Autumn Glow”. Autumn is a time of peaceful change when each day brings new colors to the landscape. As the leaves take on their different hues, we busily harvest our gardens and prepare for the impending winter. This show is meant to inspire artistic creativity around the seasonal changes of the trees, leaves and landscapes. Come into our gallery and experience the new creations we have for you.

The slate of guest artists are Madrigal Frederick-Law - oil pastel and acrylic paintings, embroidery and applique, and block prints, Ruby Frederick-Law - acrylic and watercolor paintings, Mary Lucas - fiber art, Sandy Myers - mixed media with a focus on items found in nature, and Jenifer Suydam – raku, wood fired, pit fired, and glazed pottery.

On First Friday, September 4 the gallery will have an Opening Reception from 5-7pm. Please come and meet the guest artists and gallery artists.

Join us for First Friday from 5-7pm at the Madison & Main for an ART PARTY with mountain bike hall of famer Mike Rust! Mike Rust was an innovator in the early days of Mountain Biking. He built and raced bicycles. We will have a High Wheeler built by Mike Rust and Don McClung.

BICYCLE ART SHOW 2026 is bringing Bicycle Art to the community for another year. This show which begins June 30 and runs through August 28, will feature guest artists and numerous gallery members showing their bicycle inspired creations. The slate of guest artists are Jeanne Braun, Mel Calderone, Rick Destree, Gay Isis, Andree Lee, Woody Myers, Sean Nichols, Sarah Sathe, Donald Sato, Jymi Shores, Charles Turner, and Benjamin Wright.

4pm: BIKE SHOW 16 aka “Bikes On The Patio” will feature bicycle enthusiasts and their bicycles on the patio next to the Madison & Main Gallery.

5-7pm: Meet the guest artists for the Bicycle Art Show 2026 and the member artists of the gallery during the opening reception.

6pm: Come and ride with us in the “Saguaro Ride”, a short bike ride through the handpainted saguaros.

“Alive” opens this week at the Madison & Main Gallery. Our Garden Show explores what it truly means to be alive—from the unseen microbial world beneath our feet to plants, animals, and everything that thrives in between. This show celebrates the full spectrum of life found in a garden, inviting you to look closer, imagine more, and experience the energy and interconnectedness of living things. The guest artists are Hollis Berendt, Ruth Hesse, Anita Martin, Kellsie Moore, and Julie Neri.

On First Friday, May 1, the gallery will have an Opening Reception from 5-7 pm. Come and meet the guest artists and gallery artists. To thank you for coming in, we will be giving away small plants while they last.

On First Friday, April 3, ART PARTY!! from 5-8 pm with an artist talk with Matthew McHugh from 5:30-6:30. Come join us to see familiar shapes where none truly exist.

"Pareidolia" is the perception of apparently significant patterns or recognizable images, especially faces, in random or accidental arrangements of shapes and lines.This psychological phenomenon is seeing something identifiable in a random image, like seeing faces in clouds.

Pareidolia is the title of the newest show at the Madison & Main Gallery featuring four guest artists.

This unique show has a variety of fine art and creative pieces including pottery, jewelry, acrylic paintings, oil paintings, watercolors, mixed media, and photography just waiting for you to perceive them as a more meaningful image. Come into the gallery to explore art of all dimensions. There is always something exciting to see and several pieces of art waiting for your mind to interpret as familiar patterns.

The slate of guest artists are Mel Calderon, Emily Kemme, Les Habig, Matthew McHugh.

Art by Meeker Elementary students will also be featured at the gallery for the District 6 Art Walk. The art of 30 students will be exhibited through the month of March.

Events are ramping up at Madison & Main Gallery as we approach the end of the year. The highlight of this week for everyone is Thanksgiving Day on Thursday November 27th.

The Gallery is open on Black Friday, so if you need a bit of calm, stop in to shop and admire our Winter Lights Show.  

On Small Business Saturday (November 29th) we are open from 10-4.  Sign up for Door Prizes and enjoy some Light Refreshments.  Say hello to our Gallery Artists, Susan Haskins and Heidi Noggle, who will work the Gallery that day. Doug Wurst will be demonstrating cardmaking. Come and make a card with him from 11 - 1pm

This year “The Garden Show” at the Madison & Main Gallery is a play on words with the famous New York venue, Madison Square Garden. We have two 'gardens' to visit in this fascinating show. One is "Madison's Square Garden" that is an entire wall made up of square pieces of art. The other is our "Bonsai Garden" that is located in a small room filled with tiny treasures. This Square Garden Show is meant to let spring be the inspiration for creative possibility. The guest artists are Cameron Clements, Shirley Holland, Julie Neri, Shirley Robinett, Amy Sarah, and Robin Sweeton.
